What I'm looking for

I'm looking to return to full-time hands-on building, taking AI-native product challenges from scoping and architecture through deployment and iteration. I value ownership, measurable product outcomes, and opportunities to lead or mentor teams when needed.

I co-founded Ultra, a productivity tool for photographers, and led product and engineering from concept through launch. I built most features end-to-end, designed scalable architecture, and integrated Next.js, Node.js, AWS, Vercel, Google APIs, and OpenAI APIs.

I founded Increasio, a JavaScript-focused consultancy serving international clients, where I grew a two-person team to 12 engineers and delivered web applications, SaaS platforms, and e-commerce solutions across 20+ countries. Across 140+ projects, I owned scoping, architecture, development, deployment, and handoff while maintaining a 90% client satisfaction rate and 95% on-time, on-budget delivery.

I've also improved paid conversion by 23% at Website Builder through funnel experimentation and onboarding redesign, and led technical direction as CTO at RocketBrand.us. I enjoy taking product challenges from early scoping through deployment, iteration, and measurable business outcomes.
