What I'm looking for

Remote Backend / Platform Engineer / AppSec Engineer opportunities where I can work primarily with Python, own production systems end-to-end, contribute to architecture and infrastructure, and apply my application security background. I'm interested in roles with meaningful technical ownership, strong engineering practices, and opportunities to grow into broader technical leadership.

I'm currently building and maintaining Python backend services, internal tooling, and automation at Expasoft, alongside application and infrastructure security work. I design service architecture, integration flows, AI-agent workflows, and local LLM inference components.

Previously at Tensor (Saby), I owned backend development across multiple product domains using Python, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ, while serving as a technical lead on architecture, delivery, and code quality. I've led small teams and now mentor three engineers through planning, reviews, hiring, and technical interviews.

Outside my primary role, I build and operate KOSATKA, a commercial distributed VPN platform with its own backend and customer flow. I've also maintained a C++ spectral audio-processing library and built prototypes for SIEM event processing and distributed storage.
