I’m an IT Monitoring Specialist supporting high-load fintech services with hands-on incident detection, management, and recovery coordination. I focus on keeping operations stable by combining real-time alert response with strong infrastructure and diagnostics.
At Paysend, I monitor availability, performance, and service health using Grafana, Zabbix, OpenSearch, and Cloudflare. When incidents happen, I assess impact, collect diagnostic data, track and document incidents in Jira, and coordinate communication between DevOps, Developers, and Operations to restore service quickly.
Earlier, as a Software Engineer (Python) at Concern Morinformsystem-Agat JSC, I built backend components and web services in Python with Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. I worked with REST APIs, SQL queries, Linux environments, Git, and technical documentation in a microservices setting.
Before that, I worked for PJSC MGTS as a Network Engineer, maintaining and troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure in large enterprise environments. I’ve built a habit of fault localization, service restoration, and continuous improvement—enhancing monitoring coverage, alert quality, operational documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
