I have extensive experience in mobile network operations for a telecom operator. I combine subscriber issue diagnostics with continuous data analysis, using any available tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/Pandas, SAP BO, Grafana, and Qlik Sense. I enjoy working with data, exploring it in depth, and validating hypotheses. In recent years, my focus has been on analyzing customer perception of network quality and subscriber contact rates in relation to technical issues and network incidents.

I am well familiar with mobile network architecture and modern IP networks. I am involved in the development and improvement of L2 technical support processes, applying process and data analysis to monitor and enhance SLA/OLA performance.

I value and create clear, well-designed data visualizations, produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, and use Matplotlib to build clear and insightful charts.

My personal pet projects include developing small Telegram bots, experimenting with Linux, configuring VPN solutions, and home automation.
