At NetEnrich Technologies, I administer FortiGate NGFW platforms for enterprise clients, deploying security policies, NAT configurations, security zones, and UTM services.

I build and support IPSec and SSL VPN connectivity, operate Active/Passive HA firewall clusters, and perform zero-downtime firmware upgrades with backup, validation, and synchronization checks.

I configure OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, trunk interfaces, and EtherChannel to support reliable enterprise WAN connectivity. I also troubleshoot outages through packet analysis, syslog review, and interface-level diagnostics.

I provide 24x7 NOC support, triage P1/P2 incidents, coordinate with Fortinet and Cisco TAC, and manage ISP escalations while maintaining SLA documentation.
