I led an enterprise remote-access migration from SSL VPN to IPsec VPN, including Phase 1/Phase 2 configuration and FortiClient EMS deployment. I also resolve incidents through ServiceNow, maintain 99% SLA adherence, and collaborate with Fortinet TAC on complex escalations.
