What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate cross-functional work end-to-end—planning, documentation, client updates, and quality checks—while building real experience with SaaS and technology-driven solutions.

I’ve coordinated project planning and execution at Vantrex, an AI-powered financial SaaS startup, working across operations, client engagement, and product implementation.

At Vantrex, I helped gather business requirements with NGO executives, supported product demonstrations and onboarding for the Vantrex SaaS platform, and kept project documentation like requirement documents, meeting minutes, testing reports, and implementation workflows organized.

Earlier, at Design24 in Nugegoda, I managed the full lifecycle for 20+ digital projects—website development, social media campaigns, and branding—while coordinating designers and content creators and running quality checks on deliverables.

Across both roles, I’ve served as a primary point of contact for 10+ clients, handled feedback and change requests, and kept work moving with structured task tracking; I also led a 30-student event team as President of a student event management committee.
