I turn administrative, socioeconomic, qualitative, and geospatial data into practical diagnostics, recommendations, and decision-support products.
My work spans Theory of Change, SMART indicators, baselines, questionnaires, fieldwork, supplier oversight, data quality, and research ethics. I've managed multidisciplinary teams and research operations in Brazil and Mozambique, with a focus on education, public health, inequality, territorial development, and social impact.
