I’m a Payroll Systems Specialist focused on implementing, auditing, and administering HCM platforms—with my primary expertise in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). I currently work within a UKG Partner organization, where I manage PTO policy validation, client setup, and compliance across multiple accounts to keep data accurate and ensure employees get access to entitled benefits.

In my role at Nextep (May 2025–Current), I validate, audit, and manage PTO policies across Salesforce, PrismHR, and UKG. Through systematic audits and data validation, I reduced PTO accrual errors by 20% by introducing a new validation checklist in UKG, while also maintaining and updating PTO policies so employees can access benefits correctly.

Before that, I built a strong analytical foundation as a Real time analyst at Teleperformance (Oct 2022–May 2025), where I controlled KPI performance, created schedules, and produced operational reports using real-time and historical data. I acted as a liaison between workforce, operations, and quality teams, and I led a multicultural team across Lima (on-site) and India/Colombia (remote).

I’m also actively pursuing official UKG certification to deepen my technical expertise, and I leverage advanced Excel and data accuracy practices to solve discrepancies and improve implementation. My approach is practical, process-driven, and collaborative—helping teams make confident, data-backed decisions inside the UKG ecosystem.
