I’m a detail-oriented citax specialist focused on accurate tax operations and successful implementation delivery. I thrive on managing multiple priorities at once while keeping a high degree of accuracy and consistency across day-to-day work.

In my current role at Bosch Global Business Services SRL, I’m responsible for citax tool implementation, lead of tax conduct for Robert Bosch GmbH, and POC for DCCS on current tax and track management. I lead citax SNOW implementation and controlling workshops, and I support GoLive management and UAT wave distribution to keep the rollout on track.

Previously, I built strong operational and customer-facing execution as a Back Office Agent, handling authorization and repair/replacement requests across EMEA, coordinating service request communication, and ensuring accurate workload reporting. Before that, I worked as a Travel Officer—managing booking inquiries end-to-end and resolving discrepancies—and as a 1st Level Purchase Officer, where I performed quality assurance testing, tuned SAP products, and conducted root cause analysis with documented resolutions.
