What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build data-informed digital learning that improves safety, workforce capability, and operational performance across enterprise, corporate, or remote-work environments.

At Kansanshi Mining, I build scenario-based eLearning, video, and blended learning for complex technical, safety, and operational needs. I led the S3 Expansion induction programme and 24 OEM-specific equipment courses, helping induct 2,962 workers with zero fatalities and zero serious injuries since launch.

I combine needs analysis, storyboarding, Articulate 360 development, LMS administration, and Power BI evaluation to turn workforce data into better learning decisions. I’ve digitised mobile-equipment assessments, reduced completion time from over 60 minutes to under 20 minutes, built the department’s first Power BI dashboards, and reduced content production time by 30% through AI-enabled workflows.
