At Compassion International Zambia, I lead education programming, author national guidance, and strengthen Frontline Church Partner capacity. I led a national enrolment campaign that increased participation from 12.4% to 57% in six months and authored the foundational FCP Education Program Guide.
I build practical systems that help partners deliver better outcomes, from eLearning courses on ForChildren.com to FCP support forums, help desk processes, task trackers, and MEL reporting tools. I have trained and supported more than 500 FCP staff in Salesforce and SAFINA, while embedding safeguarding, financial compliance, and quality programming into delivery.
My work also includes teacher professional development through Teach2030, science education leadership, curriculum contextualization, and data-informed improvement. I bring a licensed teaching background, ongoing Master of Education studies, and a commitment to holistic child development.
