I seek a senior technical leadership role in commercial vehicle aftersales or workshop operations where I can improve uptime, deliver cost-saving retrofits, train teams, and implement quality and telematics solutions in a growth-oriented company.

I am a seasoned automotive professional with deep expertise in heavy commercial vehicles, diagnostics and workshop management. I deliver high-quality technical solutions and lead teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Pioneered the first retrofit of PTO's in Kenya for Mercedes Actros saving 6,000 USD, initiated strict quality control measures on Mercedes truck assembly that reduced assembly costs, and was hand-picked to coordinate assembly of the first Volkswagen Constellation Truck in Kenya. I combine hands-on technical ability with programmatic quality controls.

In regional and national roles I have managed aftersales targets, warranty processes and technical training across East and Central Africa. I have overseen major key accounts, supported fleet operations, programmed and parameterized control modules and worked extensively with Mercedes, MAN, VW and Cummins platforms.
