At Warner Bros. Discovery, I led regional and global HBO Max production incident response, coordinating bridge calls, stakeholder communications, and escalations across engineering, DevOps, and networking teams.
I created and modified Grafana dashboards and configured Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and VictoriaLogs. I also closed monitoring gaps with Datadog, CloudWatch, and BigPanda, working with service teams to adjust monitoring and alerts.
I designed, built, and operated a TypeScript/Nuxt incident platform on ECS Fargate and RDS with Terraform. It improved first-response time by 22% and reduced SLA violations by over 40%; automation also brought daily audit time down from about 90 to 15 minutes at comparable incident volume.
At Sylvan Road Capital, I led an eight-server AWS migration and codified infrastructure in Terraform. I also operate a seven-node k3s homelab using ArgoCD GitOps, Terraform, and Ansible.
