I’m an engineering leader with 10+ years shipping production software and 20+ years building and leading high-performing teams, including cross-functional leadership across combat operations, international business, and technology. I’ve led teams from 5 to 100+ people, shipped multiple production applications solo, and I mentor engineers across the full stack—because I don’t just manage the work, I’ve done it. From architecting AWS infrastructure serving millions of users to driving high-stakes deployments and loyalty transitions, I bring technical credibility, leadership, and execution under pressure.

In my current role as Head of Engineering, I’m both the technical leader and “AI Orchestrator” for an innovative mobile 3D scanning and image processing product—building the architecture, processes, and code review culture from the ground up. Previously, I led loyalty management ecosystems serving millions with 99.9% uptime, drove polyglot system architecture (Java/Spring Boot, PHP/Symfony, Python), and delivered major upgrades and program revamps that expanded revenue. I also handled mission-critical acquisition operations as the sole technical leader—auditing legacy Linux and AWS infrastructure and ensuring zero downtime while maintaining customer SLAs—backing my EM-ready style of AI adoption, delivery excellence, and mentorship.
