I’m a Kenyan customer service professional with hands-on experience across inbound/outbound calling, email and live chat support, and social media chats. I’m motivated by achieving set targets to help achieve goals, and I value integrity in every customer interaction.

I’ve worked in customer care roles at Kencall and Horizon Contact Centers, strengthening my ability to resolve issues efficiently and communicate clearly. I also completed internship training at Africa 24 media, which broadened my professional communication and media skills.

For 8 years at M-kopa Kenya Ltd, I supported customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, providing email and live chat support, uploading payments, and responding through social media chats. I bring practical, service-focused experience along with the discipline needed for long-term customer support operations.

I’m comfortable using softphones and CRM tools such as Zendesk, Zoho, and Fresh Desk, and I’ve also worked remotely in a customer support role on Upwork. With a background in media studies and computer applications, I combine customer empathy with organized, tech-enabled service delivery.
