I’m a Power BI-focused Data Analyst who builds KPI dashboards and automation reporting to help teams monitor performance and act on operational signals fast. I’ve worked on end-to-end dashboard delivery—from data cleaning and quality checks to publishing and sharing insights with leadership.

In my current work at Kefron, I build and maintain Power BI reports tracking automation performance, document volume, processing speed, product comparisons, and AI usage/cost tracking. I also maintain live HubSpot dashboards for Support and OCR ticket monitoring, turning recurring operational data into weekly and monthly KPI reporting.

My monitoring and process-analysis work has helped increase automation performance from about 80% to 90%+ and reduce average document processing time from 750 minutes to 350 minutes. I contribute by reviewing outputs, monitoring exceptions, identifying improvement areas, and keeping dashboards aligned with operational workflows.

Since January 2026, I’ve been acting as Pod Leader—leading weekly check-ins, tracking delivery status, supporting quality reviews, clarifying updated workflows, and helping resolve process questions. I’m motivated by clear communication, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement backed by reliable data.
