I am a quality improvement specialist with focused experience in clinical documentation audits, compliance, and program evaluation within behavioral health settings. My work centers on ensuring adherence to federal, state, and organizational standards while improving documentation accuracy across residential and outpatient sites.

I have created audit tools, trackers, dashboards, and KPI reports using Excel to support leadership decision-making and compliance monitoring. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage staff training to meet regulatory standards, and coordinate legal and medical record requests.

Currently completing an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (LMFT track), I also hold an RADT-I certification and bring hands-on experience in trend analysis, discharge log monitoring, and program evaluations that drive measurable quality improvements.
