I’m a digital marketing assistant with 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and customer engagement. I’m self-taught, hands-on, and consistently focused on creating work that performs—especially short-form video built around product storytelling.

In my current role as Marketing Assistant & Community Manager at Milpieles MB, I manage daily Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts, strengthening brand visibility and audience engagement through consistent content strategy. I create and edit Reels and TikToks with CapCut, then write engaging copy for captions, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns aligned to the brand voice.

I also handle customer communication via DMs and comments to improve response time and customer experience. On top of that, I support e-commerce operations by coordinating order communication and logistics-related content, while designing campaign and launch visuals in Canva.

I track content performance using Meta Business Suite insights and adjust strategies based on engagement data. I bring strong time management, detail orientation, and clear digital communication—ready to support brands that value community, creativity, and measurable growth.
