What I'm looking for

I’m looking to develop in the IT industry, where I can use my logical reasoning, ability to recognize cause-and-effect relationships, and methodical approach to problems.

At micro1, I listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate the naturalness and fluency of speakers or model output. I assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.

I document evaluations in clear English, explain my judgments, and contribute insights to improve AI models’ understanding and generation of Polish.

At Concentrix, I supported customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, and created, edited, and translated knowledge base articles.

At Capgemini, I helped American clients resolve problems and used ServiceNow to create and monitor incident and request tickets. My experience also includes playtesting at 11 bit studios S.A. and warehouse operations involving SAP records, database input, and stock control.
