Patrik Reichl

As a Change and Release Manager, I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing changes and releases across the IT environment in alignment with ITIL v4 practices. I ensure that all changes are assessed, authorized, and implemented with minimal risk and disruption to critical services.

Over the past 2 years, I’ve worked as a Scrum Master in the telecommunications industry, leading two development teams and partially supporting a third. These teams were not using Scrum initially, and I successfully transformed them by introducing Agile principles and Scrum practices within the SAFe framework.

I served as the Scrum Master for an 8-member development team working on solutions for security systems and smart buildings. Alongside my Scrum Master responsibilities, I was also responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated tests for our main product line.

I was responsible for manual testing of software and hardware solutions within the Research and Development department of the Parking and Access Systems division at Scheidt & Bachmann. My duties included creating test cases based on technical specifications, performing thorough module testing, and documenting results using internal reporting tools.

I was responsible for designing Traction Power SCADA systems based on technical blueprints and project specifications. My role involved developing functional solutions, manually testing them using PLC and RTU controller simulators, and ensuring their reliability and compliance with requirements.

Completed a Master's degree in Multimedia Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications. Focused on advanced topics within the field, building upon undergraduate studies.

Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Technologies with a focus on Telecommunications. Gained foundational knowledge and skills in various aspects of multimedia and telecommunications.
