What I'm looking for

I seek a 100% remote, long-term QA or test automation role where I can lead automation efforts, mentor teams, improve QA processes, and deliver robust CI/CD-enabled test frameworks.

I am a motivated senior automation tester and QA lead with over 20 years in IT, originating from a technical background in Slovakia. I combine deep automation expertise with strong soft skills and leadership experience gained across multiple projects.

I have led teams, coached junior testers, and created test strategies, pipelines, documentation and reporting for enterprise clients in sectors including automotive, banking and manufacturing. I routinely design test plans, write automated tests and maintain CI/CD deployments.

My technical toolkit includes Selenium/Selenide, Ranorex, Cypress, SoapUI, JMeter, Robot Framework, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL and cloud tools like AWS and Azure. I have experience with test management tools (Jira, HP ALM), source control and CI systems (Git, Jenkins, Bamboo).
