At Nova Southeastern University, I process I-20 documents and manage F-1 compliance. I guide more than a thousand F-1 students and assist with Optional Practical Training and Curricular Practical Training employment authorization processes.
At the University of Applied Arts Vienna, I developed a legal course for students without a legal background that is still actively used. I also developed a process-oriented framework for the existing evaluation system.
At the University of Padua, I researched and analyzed policies, wrote grant proposals, and investigated Human Rights violations. I also participated in and co-organized groups during the UN Universal Periodic Review.
At InSib Visa Services, I translated and interpreted across five languages and recruited, briefed, and managed freelance translators. My academic work has focused on Human Rights, international governance, and conflict analysis.
