I’m an IT professional graduating in February 2024 with a Masters of Science in Data Science from Eastern University, and I’m ready to apply that training to analytics-focused work. I bring hands-on experience troubleshooting complex systems while staying close to data quality and measurable outcomes.

At Studio Enterprise, I served as a Help Desk Technician and senior team member, leading technical projects, mentoring junior staff, and performing daily SQL-based QC checks. I supported users across MacOS and Windows and helped troubleshoot BI applications (including PowerBI), student information systems, and common Microsoft/Apple office tools, while maintaining CRM logs and meeting KPIs like quality assurance scores and after-call work measurements.

Before that, at AVETS, I was the sole IT technician, supporting 50+ staff and re-establishing the IT environment during a facility transition. I also completed a Data Science job simulation on Forage, where I built data engineering pipelines, anonymized personal data for privacy compliance, and proposed well-structured analysis and database approaches.
