Patrick Geyer

I’m a backend-leaning full-stack engineer with 10+ years of JavaScript and Node.js experience, plus production work across TypeScript, NestJS, React, Angular, and Flutter. I build services that route real-time flows reliably, with a strong focus on maintainability and deployment.

At 21Bitcoin, I handled order-flow routing to partner exchanges, supported an Austrian bitcoin exchange with nearly 1 billion Euro in cumulative volume, and managed database work including calculating customer tax balances. I also built and operated infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code on Google Cloud and AWS, deploying through pipelines to cloud compute and app stores.

Previously, I built and maintained crypto order-flow routing at CoinBurp using GCP, Node.js, and TypeScript. I also rebuilt a backend into a RESTful API at Sellar using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS, and delivered backend and frontend tasks at Majestic3 while representing the company in sales discussions at networking events around London.

I bring startup momentum too: as Founder/CTO at Sudonym, I launched a custodial bitcoin wallet with node operations, liquidity management, REST API development, and frontend deployment to app stores and desktop executables. At Evolut, I automated marketing for LinkedIn clients with Dockerized infrastructure, headless browser systems, VPN-routed traffic, TLS automation, a frontend dashboard, and Stripe payments; and with Hostr I’m prototyping a Nostr-based marketplace using Rootstock EVM for self-custodial escrow.
