At Government Management Software Company, I led the Tryton-based ERP and Citizen Portal implementation at the Guayas Prefecture, then took on implementations at other public entities and was appointed lead of the Municipality of Quito rollout. I connect the ERP with web and mobile applications, payment gateways, and BI tools through REST APIs and database views.
I’ve developed features across Budget, Planning, Projects, and Human Resources, including the funds-release process in Planning. I optimized a migration of about 10,000 records from 3–4 hours to about 30 minutes, and reduced recurring incidents from about 2–3 tickets per day to about one per week.
I also built and operate the online learning platform at kzn.solutions, with real payments through PayPhone and Paymentez. On a team venture using the Kaizen methodology, I own software development and the reliable operation of its digital services.
