What I'm looking for

I am seeking a patient-focused nutrition role within a collaborative healthcare team where I can apply evidence-based nutrition, support behavior change, and grow professionally in clinical or community settings.

I am a nutrition professional with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and an M.S. in Nutrition who combines clinical training with hands-on patient care. I have direct experience managing patient dining, assembling meals to meet dietary restrictions, documenting intake and output, and supporting ADLs as a CNA.

I collaborate with nursing and culinary teams to create safe, culturally appropriate menu alternatives and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers to support healthy behavior change. I bring bilingual communication, strong problem-solving and management skills, and practical experience in nutrition research and assessment.
