What I'm looking for

I am looking for a people-operations or payroll role where I can improve HRIS and payroll processes, deliver accurate reporting, and scale HR operations in a collaborative environment.

I am a people operations specialist with a Master in Work and Organizational Psychology and hands-on experience managing HRIS, payroll input, and global HR reporting across multiple countries. I combine technical HR systems knowledge with practical payroll and employee lifecycle experience to support accurate, compliant operations.

At Top Employers Institute I handled payroll input and reporting for 17 countries, managed HR data and ESG reporting, and supported payroll process improvement and automation while maintaining administrative responsibilities such as contract management and visa processing. I have implemented and maintained systems including HiBob, BambooHR, Papaya (payroll), Power BI, and other analytics tools.

I bring strong analytical skills (SPSS, R, Power BI, Excel), a solid foundation in HR practices from internships and roles, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach to people operations.
