What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level administrative role in a mission-driven organization where I can apply strong record-keeping, client service, and communication skills while growing professionally.

I am a self-driven Public Administration and Governance graduate with hands-on experience from an industrial attachment at the Public Benefit Organizations Regulatory Authority (PBORA). I handled front office duties, general administration, client communication, and supported registry and research tasks to improve operational efficiency.

During my attachment I managed client interactions, updated and maintained records, supported filing of annual returns, and contributed to communications work including preparation for NGO Week 2024. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and have a certificate in computer packages with a strong attention to detail.

I bring strong organizational abilities, effective communication, respect for organizational structure, and time-management skills. I am eager to apply these strengths to a role that values service delivery, accurate record keeping, and positive stakeholder engagement.
