George Gubin

I currently work as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for maintaining and managing test documentation, evolving the test framework, and integrating AI tools into testing processes. I establish QA workflows, review and introduce new practices within the team, and carry out regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

At Alpina Digital, I performed various types of product testing: smoke, functional, regression, integration, and more. I created and maintained test cases and checklists, built testing plans, and coordinated implementation with development, design, and support teams. I also contributed to automated test development in Python.

Previously at Granatum Solutions, I worked as a Test Engineer: monitored product quality, maintained and updated test cases, identified and analyzed user-reported issues, and documented defects. My stack there included TestRail, Jenkins, Postman, and Jira.

Before moving into QA, I was a software developer working on applied solutions — writing software for embedded avionics instruments and later working as an Android developer with a Java and Realm stack. I deliberately shifted my career from development toward manual testing with a focus on test automation, in order to deliver value to the team more quickly through quality, stability, and automation.
