I've supported finance operations for Myntra at Starteck, managing payment reconciliations, failed transactions, refunds, disputes, and transaction accuracy.

My work spans banking support for Union Bank of India through Connect Business Solutions and customer operations at Tech Mahindra, where I handled account, KYC, transaction, order, cancellation, and refund processes while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting SLA targets.

I'm building on this operational finance foundation through SAP S/4HANA FICO training, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, payment runs, dunning, and MM-FI and SD-FI integration.

I also developed a Power BI Sales & Finance Dashboard using DAX, Power Query, data models, and visual reporting to track revenue, expenses, and financial KPIs for business decision-making.
