I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist with a strong foundation in psychodynamic and psychosocial approaches. My experience includes providing individual therapy and group work, focusing on diverse populations and their unique challenges. I founded 'A Little Undone,' where I offer online therapy tailored to adults, emphasizing relational attunement and therapeutic listening.

My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Psychology from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University and an MBA from IIMA. I have honed my skills through various clinical experiences, including my role as a Trainee Psychologist at Ehsaas Clinic, where I provided pro-bono therapy to university students. My work has involved addressing complex issues such as anxiety, trauma, and identity struggles, all while engaging in rigorous supervision and ethical practice.

In addition to my clinical work, I have a solid background in strategy consulting with Boston Consulting Group, where I developed impactful marketing strategies and managed cross-functional projects. My research endeavors have led to published papers and a deep understanding of the socio-cultural dynamics affecting mental health in India.
