I'm looking for an inventory, warehouse, or retail operations role where I can improve stock accuracy, inventory visibility, replenishment, reporting, and coordination across stores and warehouse teams.

At Miarcus Retails Pvt Ltd, I manage end-to-end inventory operations across multiple retail stores and warehouse locations, maintaining real-time inventory records through ERP systems and Excel trackers.

I handle SKU-level inventory, stock allocation, store replenishment, Inter Store Transfers, Return to Vendor processes, cycle counts, physical verification, reconciliation, and stock ageing analysis. I prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, variance reports, and inventory analysis to support management decisions.

I've improved inventory visibility and stock accuracy by strengthening control procedures, SOP compliance, reporting, and coordination between warehouse, store, production, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
