I've supported corporate, financial regulatory, insolvency, and arbitration matters at Stratage, Saraf & Partners, IPro Bono, and Dhir & Dhir Associates. My work has included FEMA, SEBI regulations, financial-statement revisions, rights issues, beneficial ownership reporting, and legal due diligence.

At Dhir & Dhir's ESG Team and the Chambers of Senior Advocate Nikhil Nayyar, I researched foreign arbitral award enforcement, Section 34 challenges, institutional bias, bank guarantees during insolvency moratoriums, and contingent claims in CIRP proceedings. I also assisted in arbitration proceedings before a tribunal comprising former Chief Justices of India.

My exchange at Koç University gave me 18 credits in International Law and Public Policy, including transnational dispute resolution, international institutions, and global regulatory frameworks.

I'm drawn to rigorous legal research, confidentiality, and practical client-focused drafting. Alongside my internships, I've coached mediation teams, organized an international arbitration symposium, and earned recognition in international mediation and negotiation competitions.
