At WAI Technologies, I developed and refined a six-stage Change Management Agent that uses ARBY to guide users through planning workflows and generate organization-specific outputs.
I implemented stage-specific AI Skills and prompts, and worked on conversation context and workflow logic so the system could reprocess downstream stages when confirmed information changed.
For KPI workflows, I integrated enterprise APIs and RAG-based retrieval to help ARBY analyze KPI hierarchies and generate insights. I also refined prompts and application logic to reduce unnecessary token use.
I contributed to an AI Skills Repository for editing, testing, publishing, and versioning reusable skills. In personal projects, I built a business-insights chatbot with LangChain and developed a ROS2 robot with vision-based object manipulation.
