What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply SQL, Excel, Power BI, and foundational Python skills to analyze operational data, build KPI reporting, and turn trends and inconsistencies into clear decision-making insights.

At Corporacion Digitel, I analyzed performance data from more than 2,500 network sites, monitoring customer experience KPIs including latency, availability, throughput, and resource utilization.

I clean, organize, and validate datasets to uncover inconsistencies, unusual behavior, and reporting errors. I build and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards that improve KPI visibility and support recurring operational reporting.

Earlier at Mercantil Seguros, I created Excel reports and technical summaries that helped teams monitor service availability, operational issues, and follow-up priorities. I'm building on my telecommunications engineering background and Information Systems studies to deliver clear data-driven decision support.
