What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine operations thinking with software skills—building KPI-driven processes, troubleshooting quickly, and shipping reliable web/data solutions with clear ownership and measurable impact.

I bring a cross-functional mix of operations leadership and full-stack engineering. As an Operations Manager, I designed and optimized operational workflows for a 90+ driver fleet by analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalable process improvements.

Earlier, I strengthened my technical foundation through hands-on roles: Technical Support for hardware, software, and user accounts, and Full Stack Web Developer work building dynamic websites with Laravel, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and LiveWire.

In recent engineering work as a Software Engineer / Web Scraper, I extracted and transformed web data using CSS selectors, XPath, regex, JSON, APIs, and JavaScript, while collaborating with internal teams via Trello and Jira to improve usability and performance. I’m motivated by systems-level problem solving, clear KPIs, and building dependable solutions that reduce failure points.
