At XPD GLOBAL, I coordinate urgent ground freight movements across Mexico, the U.S., Europe, and Canada. I support the operations team with incidents and work with international suppliers and internal teams on resolutions.

I handle more than 40 urgent shipments per week, with an average quote response time of 16 minutes. By following up weekly with operations teams, I helped reduce pending billing references by 80%.

At SCHUNK SINTERMETAL, S.A DE C.V, I completed professional practice in the Foreign Trade department, managing data in SAP and SICE VUCEM. I also worked on fixed-asset documentation, amendment letters, expense accounts, and export shipment tracking.

At BIOESTETIC, I worked as a General Assistant, handling customer service, customer retention, cash operations, and inventory control. I’m interested in deepening my knowledge of intermodal logistics, supply chain optimization, and multimodal transport to improve operational efficiency in international logistics.
