At the University of the Free State, I served as a Senior Assistant Officer in Student Academic Services, supporting students throughout the academic lifecycle, from admissions and registration through to graduation.
I managed student academic records, registrations, and course amendments, and processed transcript and certification requests. I also maintained course catalogue information, programme curricula, and module prerequisites in line with university policies.
I advised prospective and registered students, including international students, on admission requirements, academic programmes, curriculum structures, and university regulations. I also responded to enquiries and helped resolve student administrative matters.
My academic background includes a BSc Honors in Physiology and a BSc in Molecular and Life Science from the University of Limpopo, alongside a Certificate in Sport & Exercise Science from North-West University.
