At Appexcelerate, supporting Elevance Health’s Unified Desktop healthcare platform, I facilitate Agile delivery across concurrent Scrum and Kanban teams. I lead Scrum events, coach Product Owners and Development Teams, support PI, release, and capacity planning, and build Jira and Power BI reporting that improves delivery transparency.
Previously, I coordinated end-to-end Agile projects at SmartStrings Technologies across Development, QA, Business, and Support teams, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, UAT, and release readiness. I also bring client relationship, account planning, and commercial experience from CFEL Technologies, helping teams align delivery with customer and business outcomes.
