At Coto CICSA, I lead IT infrastructure and operations across 130 sites, supporting 23,000 users and more than 500 servers. I report to the Chief Technology Officer and oversee a 110-member team.
I designed and built a TIA-942 and DCOS-certified datacenter, safeguarding continuity for Coto Digital and the retail operation. I also negotiated lower infrastructure costs and standardized the retail hardware lifecycle, cutting failures by 90%.
At VSI CIVISA, I led IT and Operations and built a new datacenter without disrupting daily operations. I structured Active Directory and GPO and secured Netflix NP3 and TPN certification.
At Viacom International Media Networks (Paramount), I headed Media and Technology Services for Viacom LATAM. I consolidated Telefé Argentina's systems after its acquisition and directed systems integration for the Porta dos Fundos joint venture.
