At Banco de Córdoba, I managed configurations across Development, Testing, QA, and Production environments, and administered QA and Testing servers and databases. I also supported production incident resolution and deployment validation for card payments, investments, and other business services.
My work there included participating in Bancon API, back-end, and front-end migration projects, as well as SOA, API, and service migrations. I managed versioning and updates for ESB services and tracked work using Azure, Jira, Gestar, and SAP.
At Fideliolatam, I was Responsible for Systems for a contact center, maintaining company systems and its IT platform. I planned and implemented projects including a VPN with Mikrotik and telephone service approval with Claro, and had two staff members under my charge.
Earlier, as Responsible for Systems at Bertoldi Srl, I supported systems across 22 branches and contributed to e-commerce and inventory implementations. At Tarjeta Naranja S.A, I worked in field support and infrastructure, documented processes, and led a technology refresh and remodeling project across more than 160 branches.
