At Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes (AB InBev), I manage financial planning and execution for a fleet of more than 100,000 commercial assets with investment of more than USD 15M. I assess project returns and redirected investments from assets with payback above three years toward more profitable ones.
I designed an AI-based asset allocation matrix that improved allocation effectiveness and saved four days of operational work in each allocation run. I also helped cut Trade Marketing materials costs by about 15% and commercial asset costs by 13%.
Earlier, as PPM Sales Finance Manager, I controlled annual CapEx and OpEx budgets of more than USD 40M and helped reallocate more than USD 5M to market reinvestment. Across my finance career, I’ve also improved forecast accuracy, reduced overdue receivables, and supported finance transformations. I hold an MBA from Universidad del CEMA and a Public Accountant degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
