What I'm looking for

I'm seeking systems administration and infrastructure support opportunities, with a preference for remote work.

At Zhen Club de Playa, I was the sole IT support contact, assisting more than 40 internal staff and external users. I managed workstations, switches, IP cameras, and POS terminals throughout their lifecycle.

I troubleshot network issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi, and handled employee account access from onboarding through offboarding. I also developed Bash and Python scripts to automate backup workflows and system health monitoring.

At Fundación Underc0de, I analyzed internal processes and designed and implemented a web application for attendee registration, data validation, and reporting. I documented workflows with UML diagrams and flowcharts and prepared improvement proposals.

My projects include a Linux virtualization and networking lab using KVM/QEMU and libvirt, and command-line utilities that integrate AI APIs. I also designed and delivered an online Japanese course for a community of more than 500 active international students.
