Backend engineer building async APIs and webhook reliability tools with FastAPI and PostgreSQL; seeking internship opportunities.
NigeriaWhat I'm looking for
I built a self-hosted Developer Webhook Relay & Replay Platform with async FastAPI ingestion and HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.
For the platform, I used PostgreSQL log partitioning and partial indexes to support efficient retries, with background workers using exponential backoff. Its Next.js dashboard streams live logs over SSE.
I also built Vault Manager, a file-management backend with connection pooling, indexed metadata lookups, and stream processing for multi-file uploads.
At the University of Lagos, where I’m studying Computer Science, I build full-stack projects and regularly practise data structures and algorithms in Python. I also worked as a frontend engineer intern.
