What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a professional, challenging, dynamic, and goal-oriented organization where I can demonstrate my health information, patient service, documentation, and data management skills while developing my career.

I'm currently supporting patient retention at APIN Public Health Initiatives, coordinating tracking, appointment scheduling, defaulter tracing, ARV pre-appointment follow-up, and return-to-care activities for people living with HIV.

Previously, I managed medical records functions at Dr Musa Inuwa General Hospital, General Hospital Igboho, and University College Hospital Ibadan. I've compiled, reviewed, filed, retrieved, and analyzed patient records while maintaining confidentiality and supporting admission, discharge, and reporting processes.

I hold an HND in Health Information Management and Biostatistics and bring practical skills in data entry, Microsoft Office, patient service, documentation, and hospital reporting.
