What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support patient satisfaction by managing health records end-to-end—registration, case notes, and validated reporting—while improving appointment coordination and vaccine accountability within a focused healthcare team.

I’m a health information management professional with hands-on experience supporting outpatient operations, patient registration, and reliable patient documentation. I take pride in roles that strengthen patient satisfaction through organized records and smooth appointment flow.

In hospital settings, I handled registering new patients, keeping checks on doctors’ appointments, preparing case notes for appointments, booking follow-up appointments, and coordinating patients to avoid rowdiness. I also contributed to proper filing, retrieval for research/evaluation, and overall maintenance of library and medical records.
