At GAIO Systems, I initiated a structured material-issued tracker and developed stock coverage analysis to make material usage, stock levels, and potential shortages easier to review across projects and regions.
I created and improved Excel reporting templates, consolidated regional warehouse stock information, and checked records across projects, warehouses, and reporting files before sharing reports with management and HQ stakeholders.
I also prepared RMA and equipment performance reports using regional failure trends, replacement rates, and CMS ticket-based forecasts. I reviewed equipment, site, and installation records in CMS and supported validation against records of equipment onsite.
Before GAIO Systems, I reviewed sales and client data at Enterprise Life Assurance Ltd and prepared reports to support business decisions. My selected analytics projects include airline passenger satisfaction, retail sales, workforce layoffs, and a survey of data professionals; I use Excel, Power BI, SQL (MySQL), and Python.
