What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support role where I can independently resolve merchant or customer issues, apply my full-stack and payments background, manage a busy support queue, and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

At Capp Tech Solutions, I serve as the sole technical support contact for clients, resolving issues across email, calls, websites, hosting, DNS, and email deliverability.

I've independently built and launched production websites for small businesses, including ecommerce-facing sites, while managing requirements, ongoing support, documentation, and concurrent client needs under pressure.

At Socialyte Labs, I architect and maintain a full-stack SaaS-style mobile application, including Stripe payments and subscription billing, plus AWS infrastructure. I translate complex issues for non-technical collaborators and bring hands-on root-cause troubleshooting across React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
