At IAV Hassan II, I researched the use of UAVs to characterize Mediterranean forest structure. My master’s thesis involved species identification, tree measurements, UAV piloting, GIS, and data analysis.
During my internship with the National Agency of Water and Forests (ANEF), I monitored compensation measures related to protected areas and analyzed how ecological objectives interact with socioeconomic realities.
Across field studies in the Middle Atlas and High Atlas, I assessed vegetation and rangelands and examined traditional forest management practices. I also collected plant and insect specimens for biodiversity analysis.
In my current role as Events Coordinator at MYTF, I coordinate network events and participate in board tasks. As a Control board member at IAAS MENA, I guide junior board members and support capacity building for new chapters and the board.
